🌾 Wheat Harvest and Supply

The price of local wheat procurement has been increased to EGP 2,200 per ton, compared to EGP 725 in 2021, as part of efforts to support farmers.

420 collection points have been prepared to receive wheat, with payments to farmers being made within 48 hours of delivery.

The storage system has been upgraded, increasing the number of silos to 81, raising the total storage capacity to 3.4 million tons.
