Eng. Samir El-Naggar, member of the Agricultural Export Council and Chairman of Daltex Group, confirmed that Egyptian agriculture is currently witnessing a significant transformation in the fields of agricultural production and export. This progress is driven by governmental vision and support, along with private sector efforts to develop a modern and sustainable agricultural system.
El-Naggar explained that Egypt has become one of the world’s leading countries in agricultural exports, thanks to the high quality of Egyptian produce and the strong trust gained from international markets over recent years.
He pointed out that cooperation between the government, agricultural investors, and exporters has strengthened the competitiveness of Egyptian products in global markets, opening new export opportunities in Europe, Africa, and the Gulf region.
He added that the Agricultural Export Council, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, is working to support farmers and exporters to increase the volume of agricultural exports, thereby boosting national income and reinforcing Egypt’s position as a global agricultural power.
